Terms and conditions
All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
A booking is confirmed only after receipt of the required advance/full payment.
Prices may change due to fuel surcharge, government taxes, currency fluctuation, or supplier cost changes.
Full payment must be completed before the tour start date unless stated otherwise.
2. Child Policy
Children below 2 years: Usually free (without seat/bed unless specified).
Children between 2 – 5 years: Charged as per tour policy; inclusions may differ.
Children above 5 years: Charged as full-paying passengers.
Valid age proof (Birth Certificate / Aadhaar / Passport) may be required.
Parents/guardians are fully responsible for the safety and supervision of children during the tour.
3. Senior Citizen Policy
Senior citizens are advised to evaluate their health and fitness before booking.
Medical assistance, wheelchair support, or porter services are subject to availability and additional cost.
The company is not responsible for health issues arising during the tour.
Medical fitness certificates may be required for senior citizens above a certain age for specific tours.
All medical expenses during the tour must be borne by the traveler.
4. Travel Insurance
Travel insurance is strongly recommended for all travelers.
Insurance may cover medical emergencies, trip cancellation, baggage loss, and delays.
If insurance is included, coverage details will be shared separately.
If not included, travelers must arrange insurance on their own.
The tour operator is not responsible for claims rejected by the insurance provider.
5. TCS (Tax Collected at Source) – As Per Indian Income Tax Rules
As per Section 206C(1G) of the Income Tax Act, 1961, TCS is applicable on overseas tour packages.
Applicable Rates:
5% TCS with valid PAN/Aadhaar.
10% TCS without PAN/Aadhaar.
TCS is mandatory and collected at the time of payment.
TCS can be claimed while filing Income Tax Returns (ITR).
TCS amount is non-refundable by the tour operator.
6. Passport Rules
Travelers must carry a valid passport with minimum 6 months validity from the date of travel.
Adequate blank pages must be available as per destination requirements.
The tour operator is not responsible for denial of boarding or entry due to passport issues.
Any costs due to passport expiry or damage shall be borne by the traveler.
7. Visa Policy
Visa approval is solely at the discretion of the respective embassy/consulate.
Visa fees, if paid, are non-refundable under any circumstances.
The tour operator is not responsible for visa rejection, delay, or denial.
All required documents must be submitted correctly and on time.
Travelers must comply with visa rules and stay duration of the destination country.
8. Hotel Rules & Policies
Hotel check-in and check-out timings are as per hotel policy.
Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and additional charges.
Smoking, alcohol, or other restricted activities are governed by hotel and local laws.
Any damages to hotel property must be paid by the guest directly.
Hotels reserve the right to deny accommodation in case of misconduct or rule violations.
9. Photography & Videography
Photography/videography may be restricted at certain locations such as monuments, religious places, military areas, or airports.
Travelers must follow local laws and site-specific rules regarding photography.
The tour operator is not responsible for penalties imposed due to violation of photography rules.
Photos/videos taken during tours may be used for promotional purposes unless the traveler objects in writing.
10. Itinerary Changes
The company reserves the right to change or modify itineraries due to weather, safety, political situations, or operational reasons.
Any additional expenses due to changes must be borne by the traveler.
11. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellation charges depend on the date of cancellation and supplier policies.
No refund for unused services, no-shows, or early departures.
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within the specified working days.
12. Responsibility & Liability
The company acts as an intermediary between travelers and service providers.
The company is not liable for delays, accidents, natural calamities, strikes, or unforeseen circumstances.
Travelers must follow local laws and respect customs and traditions of destinations.
13. Acceptance of Terms
By booking a tour with us, the traveler agrees to all the terms and conditions mentioned above.
Requirements
Documents Required to be Submitted by The Passenger
Original current & old passports
- Handwritten, damaged and passports with over than 10 years are unacceptable
- All passports should be clear and legible (no wet, stain or smudge, etc…)
- Recent passport should have at least three full blank pages.
- Copy of marriage certificate should be submitted if the spouse name is not endorsed and the spouse is traveling along with the passenger.
- Previous old passport is mandatory even if there are no travel histories.
